The Subject Summary will load as the first screen when you select an existing Subject;

To get to the Summary page otherwise, select the Menu Subject Detail and Subject Summary from the main Menu.The aim of the Summary screen is to provide a quick update on the assessments or questionnaires that have been conducted for the Subject and the date of the most recent assessment/questionnaire.The screen provides quick links to the most recent assessments and to add or update any other information for the Subject.
