User Configurable Codes.There are two types of user configurable codes;
1. Pull Down List- add in a list of answers to select from e.g. Company Department or Health Club Membership Type Gold/Silver/Bronze.
2. Yes/No – select either yes or no by clicking on the appropriate box.
