Introduction

At present Stress is still only available as part of Fitech Fitness Counsellor's 4.03 disc based software. Contact Fitech Head Office for information.

It is Fitech's intention to develop this aspect during 2009, enabling it for web access and launch it as a new additional Module towards the end of the year.

In the meantime, you can ask a Subject to complete a K10 Stress Assessment Survey, which you can access using the green Stress icon below the Main header. It is a short survey of 20 questions, which need to be answered fairly intuitively without a great deal of thought. If you ponder over the questions, your Results may be inaccurate. This Survey is not recorded but is made available on a one time only basis as a pdf format report.

The K10 Stress Assessment Survey was commisioned for the Australian market but as the world has progressively become a more stressful environment, the Results are equally as valid, regardless of your country domicile.
