Physical - Setting Up A Physical

< back to Getting Started TOC | Physical TOC | Taking A Physical

The purpose of setting up a Physical is that organisations have different Health/Fitness Assessment testing requirements. For example, you may have a variety of different tests for your organisation and in order to streamline the testing process, it may be useful to create your own Heath/Fitness Assessment allowing the Operator to use that layout for Subjects over and over again.

To set up a Physical select the Administration Cog from the Icon Menu Bar. This will take you to the Administration Area.

The Administration Area is now displayed. Select the Manage Health & Fitness Layouts link to set up your organisations Health/Fitness Assessment.

To add a new Layout for your Health/Fitness Assessment select the Add a new Fitness Layout link.

The Fitness Layout area is displayed below. Give your Physical a Layout Name (i.e. Fit for Work). Then add one or more tests (i.e. Grip Strength, Leg/Back Strength) to your Health/Fitness Assessment by selecting test from the Insert Drop Down List and Fly Out Menu from the Main Menu Bar. When you click on the test it appears as a red headed box, which you need to click and drag into position. Once positioned and dropped, the red heading changes to blue.

The Layout Name (i.e. Fit for Work) and tests (i.e. Grip Strength, Leg/Back Strength) for this Health/Fitness Assessment are now displayed. To save your Health/Fitness Assessment click on the Save Button.

The saved Health/Fitness Assessment (i.e Fit for Work) appears in the Fitness Layout List. To return to the Home Page select the Home Icon in the Icon Menu Bar.
