Custom Tests is a feature offered in the Physical Module. With Custom tests you can create a 'templated' data capture form which your health consultant can use to test subjects with. In essence this means that everytime your consultant tests a subject he or she will be presented with exactly the same form to input data. Some considerations regarding custom tests are:

• Custom Tests are found under the top level physical menu option
• Custom Test Templates are set up in the administration centre.
• Custom Test templates can only be setup by an Application Administrator.
• Custom Tests can be applied at the Operator Level.
• You must set up the template for the custom test before you can apply the test to a subject.
• You can have any number of Custom Test templates.
• Custom tests do not perform any calculations. They are simply a method of recording and reporting upon data in a structured way.
• Custom tests can be reported on either:
  • as a seperate and distinct report
  • as part of the Individual Report
• A great feature of Custom Tests is that you can also attach a document to a test. This is great if you have a scanned hospital report or document from another system.
