Lifestyle - Exercise History

< back to Lifestyle TOC

Introduction

The Exercise History Section records the amount of physical activity that the Subject undertakes both in the work-place and in their leisure time. The level and frequency in which Subject's engage in physcial activity will directly impact their health.  The level of activity is selected from a pull down list for both working life and seperately for leisure time.

Both are based on a points system with 1 point representing low levels of activity up to 5 points representing either a very active job or a very active leisure time.  Clicking on the help icon will provide a list of examples as to how the points system is allocated with examples of types of jobs in each category and the amount of exercise required for each of the leisure time activity points levels.

When the operator visits the Exercise History, there will either be:

  • A page with a link inviting the operator to complete an Exercise History review or
  • Previous results if a review has been completed.

Refer to figures 1 and 2 for the different views:

figure 1 - centre view of Exercise History when no previous results exist.

figure 2 - Exercise History view if previous results exist.

Considerations
