1. It is possible to attach files to a specific 'Fitness Assessment'. The following is true:

    

• One or more files can be attached to a 'Fitness Assessment' 
• The files must be 'Office' type files, pdf, doc, xls
• The file cannot be more than 2.5MB
• The files are only related to a specific Fitness Assessment. If the operator requires that a file is attached to more than one assessment, the file must be uploaded to each assessment.

   

2. Files are added after the Fitness Test has been undertaken by clicking the 'attach file' icon alongside the assesssment in the main File Management Interface. Refer figure 1. This appears in a new tab after clicking on the icon.
3. Files can be modified or added using the 'Add New Files to This Test' Link (for additions)
4. Use the 'Edit / Upload or Delete' icon alongside the test for other operations.  Refer figure 2 for the management page, launched in a modal window.
