1. It is also possible to use Fitech to store 'Subject Specific' Files. There are a number of places within Fitech where this facility is available, for example, the Full Blood Profile and in Custom Test Results. In these two cases, these files are related not only to the Subject, but also a specific test or event.
2. If the operator wishes to store files that are general in nature but relate to the Subject, then this can be done in the Subject Area, in the 'Files' Tab. This is the furthest tab to the left.
3. Because the files are subject specific, the operator MUST load a subject before this functionality is available.
4. Figures 1 and 2 show the general file listing and file management forms.
5. The system or functionality in this area is limited. There is no categorisation of files. As in the 'Application' files area, only the usual 'Office' type files can be uploaded, and to a limit of 2.5MB per file.
6. Depending upon usage, the file management functionality may be expanded.
