Exercise - Exercise Programs (Interface)

Interface Introduction

 

  1. The Exercise Programs area has two tabs:

     

  • The Subject's Programs Tab and
  • The Exercise Library Tab.

     

  1. The Subject's Programs area shows all of the Exercise Programs that have been created for that subject. The Programs are displayed in a list with a variety of options available. These are selected by either clicking on links or the various icons alongside each program. It is possible to see what each icon does by placing the mouse over the icon. Help is displayed in a tool tip.

     

  2. A table showing the options is displayed below figure 1.

Item Icon Description
A   Edit the program header. The Program header stores basic information like the title of the program, creation date and so on.
B   Delete the entire Program 
C   Add, Modify or Delete exercises within the Program 
D   Add a Session (Attendance to the Training Program) - As of version 5.1, this is still be developed for the future.
E   Print the Exercise Program in detail to Adobe PDF (as a report).
F   Print the program as a matrix. This matrix is a checklist for the subject as they progress through their routine. It allows for several workouts.
G   This allows the operator to save this Exercise Program as a Template. Especially useful if the operator needs to create many different programs that are broadly similar.

This link displays the templates that are availble to the operator. The templates fall into 2 categories:

 

  • System Templates. These are denoted by a red stop icon and cannot be modified. Programs can be created form them however. 
     
  • User defined templates. These templates are created from either System Templates or from existing programs.  
J   Add an Exericse Program to the subject. The subject may have several different Exercise programs attached to them .
