You may wish to create a Operator. An Operator is a user of lower security level than that of an Application Administrator. More information on security levels is available by clicking here.

To set up an Operator select the Add New Subject link.

The Configurable Codes tab will be displayed for your Operator only if you have already entered Configurable Codes; otherwise, you will go directly to the subject Summary Tab. To select a Configurable Code for your Operator use the Drop Down List then click on the Update Configurable Codes button to save.

The Summary Tab now displays. Select the Edit Subject link to allocate the Operator's security level.

You are now in the General Details Tab where the Operator's security level can be allocated. To allocate the Operator's security level go to the Security Level field and select Operator from the Drop Down List. To save the Operator's security level select the Update Details button at the bottom of the page. This will take you back to the Operator's Summary Tab.

 The Operator's security level is now saved. To return to the Home Page select the Home Icon from the Icon Menu Bar.
