1. Fitech has various levels of security or access.  The lowest level of access within the system is that called Subject Access. This referes to whether your subjects can login to the system or not.

    

2. It can be very useful to allow your subjects to access the system. If allowed access they can:

    

• Maintain their personal information
• Access their lifestyle data and carry out not some of the simple surveys such as 'Short Fat' or Quick Nutrition. They can create their own Goals and Objectives and complete the Pre-Medical Assessment Survey.
• View their Medical information and Previous Individual Reports.
• Essentially a Subject can undertake anything that doesn't require a specialist Health Professional.

4. Subject Level Access can be turned on or off within the Administration Menu and ONLY by an Administrator.  Refer Figure 1.

    

5. By default the Subject Level Access is turned on. In order to change this behaviour,

    

6. After Login, go to the Administration Menu,

    

• Click 'Manage <Your Organisation>
• Click the 'Modify Details' Tab
• Change the 'Allow Subject Access' Field to what you require.
• Click the 'Update Application' Button.
