Introduction

At present Nutrition is still only available as part of Fitech Fitness Counsellor's 4.03 disc based software. Contact Fitech Head Office for information.

It is Fitech's intention to develop this aspect during 2009, enabling it for web access and launch it as a new additional Module towards the end of the year.

In the meantime, you can ask a Subject to complete a Short Fat Questionnaire. This is a simple survey about how you ingest your saturated fats and NOT related to your height and being overweight!

You can access this simple survey of 17 questions by clicking on the green Nutrition icon beneath the Main header, via a "Dietary" Tab. It should only take about 3 minutes to complete.
