Fitech is shipped with 4 Standard Exercise Programs (or System Programs). These programs cannot be modified. They are templates and should be used to generate:

 

• User Exercise Defined Exercise Programs
• User Defined Exercise Program Templates.

 

The Standard or System Programs are easily identifiable; they are denoted with 'system' in emboldened red font. See below.
